0000925: Updated LDS temple codes

Description

In addition to fixing typos in src/LdsUtils.py, I've done some digging around to update the temple list from various sources:

GEDCOM reference:
- GEDCOM 5.5 specifies SAMOA as a temple code
- GEDCOM 5.4 specified TORNO, while GEDCOM 5.5 specified TORON
- add "IF" as an old code for IFALL

PAF (http://www.rootsmagic.com/forums/lofiversion/index.php?t2134.html [^]):
- changed PCITY to PANAM
- uses TWINF instead of TFALL, breaking naming convention; as this temple is under construction, this inconsistency might still be rectified in PAF
- OTHER

Temples:
- in addition to CURIT and PANAM, temples under construction: DRAPE, OMOUN, REXBU, TFALL
- in addition to KIEV, announced: CEBU, QUETZ, TEGUC, VANCO
- KIRTL (Kirtland Temple) - the first Mormon temple; special ordinances weren't introduced until NAUVO
- WQUAR - old code for WINTE
- NYORK - old code for HARRI; note development efforts on this temple (and HARTF) were suspended
- names of temples in Mexico altered to match LDS temple list

Family Ties software (circa 1989) manual:
- GU - old code for GUATE
- HO - Historian's Office
- NV - old code for NAUVO
- PO - old code for POFFI

Additional Information

For temples under construction/announced, we simply treat the temple codes as placeholders.

Sorry, I added more whitespace to align all the rows with "Vancouver, British Columbia". =P

(0001868) robocoder (updater) 2007-02-16 13:46	An email from LDS confirms that the temple codes for non-operational temples are unofficial. BTW the submitted files were based on the gramps23 branch.
